Frosina left behind an entire world she had yet to create. Hundreds of sketches. Collections she could see before they existed. A future she imagined with a spark in her eyes. ARE U KUL is where that world continues to come to life.
Our mission
To bring Frosina’s inner world to life. For every line she drew to become a form. For every colour she imagined to touch fabric. For every design left on paper to find movement, presence and its own path through the world.
To keep her voice alive in every piece: bold, free and unmistakably her own. To remain faithful to her original ideas and the love with which she created them. Whenever someone wears one of her creations, a part of Frosina’s world walks among people again.
At the heart of the brand is her message: “You are not broken. You are a disco ball.” The pieces can still carry light. Beauty can emerge even where life has left its deepest fracture.
Our vision
We imagine Frosina’s name on collections that travel beyond the places she had the chance to reach. Her talent being seen, her ideas being worn and her courage inspiring people to express what makes them different.
For ARE U KUL to grow as a living creative world: each new collection opening another page of her legacy. To create beauty that can be felt, clothing that carries a story and encounters in which her name is spoken with love.
We want her dreams to become opportunities for other young people. For someone’s talent to find support. For an idea to receive its first chance. For someone’s tomorrow to become safer. In this way, her light will keep reaching places where it is still needed.
My promise to Frosina
“I will turn every dream you did not get to fulfil into something real. I will bring every sketch to life, give shape to every idea and find a path for every vision. I will carry your world in my hands and continue to create it with the love with which I carry you within me.”
This is a mother’s promise to her daughter. The dreams, the talent and the creative signature are hers. My responsibility is to give them a life that continues. Every creation brought into the world will be another promise kept to my Frosina.

ARE U KUL and the Frosina Kulakova Foundation are connected by the same love. The brand brings her creations to life. The foundation carries that love forward through care for people and opportunities for young talent.
Net profits from sales of the collections are intended for the foundation: for scholarships, education, road safety and support for families affected by road traffic tragedies.
Behind every piece sold is an opportunity for her work to become someone else’s encouragement, support or new beginning. One of Frosina’s dreams comes to life — and helps another dream find its wings. This is the love we want to leave in the world, in her name.
What does the foundation support?
Scholarships for young talent, road safety initiatives and support for families affected by road traffic tragedies.
Will made-to-order garments be available?
Alongside the existing collection, made-to-order garments are planned. Details on designs, measurements and delivery times will be published with the catalogue.
